These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Incendia ("the Store", operated by Incendia Pvt Ltd).

1. Acceptance

By placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the product page and at checkout. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to amend prices and to refuse or cancel orders where pricing has been displayed in error.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation. Card payments are processed by our payment partner (Bank of Maldives or Stripe) on their PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure; we never see or store your full card number.
